We had a wet basement every time it rained. A very personable McCoy salesman by the name of Mike Willems correctly diagnosed our problem as resulting from a cracked foundation and misplaced drain tiles that ended at the base of the fireplace footings. The McCoy construction crew was very professional, clean, careful of our landscaping and accommodating to some additional requests. Excellent service and a quality job; what more can you ask.
